Welcome to Yagyamitra AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yagyamitra AI website, API, and associated astrological consultation services ("Services") provided by Yagya Ashram and NavaSanganakah Multiventures ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, whether as an end-user seeking astrological guidance or as a developer utilizing our B2B API, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Yagyamitra AI provides an automated, AI-driven Vedic astrology platform. We use proprietary algorithms, the astronomy-engine, and third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) like Google Gemini to generate birth charts (Kundli) and provide interpretive astrological guidance in Hindi and English.

Important Disclaimer: Astrology is an ancient art and science. The readings, predictions, and guidance provided by our AI are for entertainment, spiritual, and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions, and any decisions you make based on this information are strictly your own responsibility.

3. User Accounts and Wallets

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any API keys generated under your account.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments for chat queries ("Dakshina"), API subscriptions, and wallet top-ups are processed securely via Razorpay.

• B2C Chat Plans: Purchases for query credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may expire depending on the selected plan's validity.
• B2B API Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG): Developer accounts may utilize a prepaid wallet system. Tokens consumed by the AI Gateway are dynamically billed against this wallet balance at the rates specified on our Pricing page. If your wallet balance falls below the minimum required threshold, API access will be suspended until topped up.

5. API Usage and Limitations

Developers using the Yagyamitra API agree to the following:

• You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or astrological logic of our API.
• You will adhere to the rate limits defined by your subscription tier.
• We reserve the right to revoke API access immediately if we detect abusive behavior, spam, or violation of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The original content, features, functionality, and proprietary astrological calculation logic of Yagyamitra AI remain the exclusive property of NavaSanganakah Multiventures. Our service is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Yagyamitra AI, its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of our Services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the effective date on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
