Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Yagyamitra AI (by Yagya Ashram), we strive to provide the most authentic spiritual guidance and technical excellence through our platform. Our refund and cancellation policies reflect our commitment to transparency and our dedication to your spiritual journey.
1. General Principle
Given the digital nature of our services—AI-generated responses, Kundli generation, and spiritual consultations—services rendered are considered consumed upon generation. However, we ensure fairness in cases of technical discrepancies.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your recurring "Premium Shishya" subscription at any time through your dashboard or Razorpay portal.
- Cancellation will prevent any future billing. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing periods.
3. Credit Purchases (Dakshina)
- One-time credit purchases (e.g., 1 Prashna, 5 Prashna) are non-refundable once the payment is successful and the credits have been added to your account.
- Credits do not expire unless specified in a promotional offer.
4. Technical Issues & Payment Failures
- If your payment is successful but credits are not added to your account due to a technical error, our system will automatically attempt to reconcile the transaction via Webhooks.
- If the issue persists, please contact support with your Payment ID (provided via SMS/Email) within 48 hours. We will manually credit your account.
- In cases where we are unable to fulfill the service due to sustained technical downtime on our end, a refund may be initiated back to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect.
5. The Nature of AI Guidance
Yagyamitra AI provides spiritual insights based on vast Vedic literature. It is an educational and spiritual tool. It should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice. We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the spiritual or astrological content generated by the AI.
6. Contacting Us for Refunds
To request a refund regarding a technical failure, please email us at support@yagyamitra.in. Include your registered email address, phone number, and Razorpay Order/Invoice ID.
